Our GPowerHost 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Risk Free Refund Policy
If during the first 30 days of a new customer relationship, a customer is not completely satisfied with their GPowerHost Web Hosting package, that is expressly marked as having a thirty (30) Day Money Back Guarantee, and they cancel said package, the Customer will, upon request, receive a full refund of all base hosting fees with the originally selected configurable options (excluding any setup fees, Domain Name registration fees, later modified configurable options, add-ons and/or overages).
Details
- To claim your refund, customers that have never had prior service, please open a billing ticket here to cancel your service and request a refund within the first 30 days of your first service contract.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket (usually within a few days). We issue refunds by the original payment method, check or PayPal (as required or as determined by us).
- If you have not received your refund within 30 days, or have any other refund related inquiry, please contact our Billing Department by logging in and opening a billing ticket at: https://gpowerhost.com/gpower-support/
- Any overages will be DEDUCTED from the amount to be refunded. Overages such as Excess Bandwidth, CPU Over-utilization, Excess Hard Drive Space, RAM Over-utilization in excess of the refund will be additionally billed to the customer.
- PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND INSTITUTE A CHARGEBACK, AS THIS DISQUALIFIES YOU FROM OUR REFUND POLICY (SEE: DENIED SERVICE POLICY).
Exclusions and Limitations
- Refunds will only be given if no other GPowerHost Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
- Money back guarantee only applicable to those products and services that specify this offer, at the time of purchase.
- Only base hosting fees will be refunded. This is the base package price with the original, unmodified feature configuration (less SSL and Domain Registration).
- Setup Fees can only be refunded for Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.
- Successfully registered, transferred or renewed Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other GPowerHost services.
- These configurable options: Disk Space, Bandwidth, CPU Boost, RAM Boost, Extended Service Plans, and Additional Backups will only be refunded if chosen during the original sign up. Modified (removed, upgraded, downgraded) options will not be refunded.
- The configurable option SSL will not be refunded. However SSL is portable, so you can have your certificate reissued for your new location.
- Add-ons such as: Programing Services, Design Services, Database Migration/Repair, Intrusion/Virus/Malware Services, Script Hardening/Customization, Custom Firewall Setup and Custom Mail Setup will not be refunded unless prior to account activation.
- Overages such as: excess Bandwidth, CPU over-utilization, Excess Hard Drive Space used, RAM over-utilization will not be refunded.
- Auto Renewal of GPowerHost services is also excluded from this policy, as only new, first time customers may be refunded within their first 30 days. Please refer to the GPowerHost Auto Renewal Policy for further details.
- Under no circumstances will GPowerHost allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
- Any other products or services with no specified money back guarantee are not entitled to any money back or refund.
- Under the money back guarantee, only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund, so if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you cancel your account after the first thirty days have passed, or after your account is renewed no refund will be issued.
- To guard against abuse, GPowerHost reserves the right to determine the definition of first-time account.
- No full refund will be honored on Dedicated servers and Semi-Dedicated Hosting plans, the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
- Refunds only available to services cancelled, in good standing.
